I love lyrics. I love sounds and beeps and all that (a lot), but when you have a song that has lyrics that resonate with you, sometimes surprisingly so, there's really something special about that.

I've revisited the Dark Was The Night soundtrack recently, and have re-fallen in love with Tightrope by Yeasayer. I like the album version better, but this stripped down version showcases the lyrics better. Also, there's nothing wrong with a banjo and a melodica. (there's a lot of blah blah blah so you can skip through that if you want).
